Flexible Term Balloon Loans
 

If you’re not planning to own your current home for more than a few years, or if your balance is low enough to be paid off soon, you may want to consider a 1 or 3 year flexible balloon loan. Closing costs are often lower than with a fixed rate loan. This loan also may work for self-employed individuals that sometimes find qualifying for a mortgage loan difficult. Many of our customers find this loan structure appealing because of its flexibility. Changing the term or payment amount or adding more money to the loan for other purchases can be as simple as just signing a few documents, with little or no costs.

Another balloon option is to combine a 30 year amortization with your choice of a 5 or 7 year balloon. At the balloon term, reset the remaining loan balance at the current 30 year rate for the remainder of the loan.


Home Equity Line of Credit
 

You’ve worked hard to gain equity in your home, now let that equity work for you. Our Home Equity Line of Credit, called HomeLine, offers convenient and inexpensive access to your money anytime you need it.

• HomeLine access checks allow you to write a check anywhere for anything with the check amount simply added to your HomeLine balance.
• We’ll send you a monthly statement of the interest due. You have the flexibility to make principal payments anytime you wish.
• Make payments in person at any of our convenient locations, use Telephone Banking, or CSBank Online.
• Rates are adjustable and indexed to the prime rate.

Construction Loans

Our construction loans offer a competitive interest rate. In addition, you pay interest only on the amount that has been disbursed! Convert from our construction loan to a permanent loan at the end of the construction period.
